Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. As a result, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled and the standard return policy will apply instead.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition you received them.
We do not issue refunds for items that show signs of use, wear, damage from normal use, or misuse.
How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Packaging Your Return

Include your order number and the shipping name used on the order inside the package. This helps us process your return promptly.

Use the product's original packaging and ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged (see Damaged Items section below).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow the following processing timeline:

Inspection: Up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to inspect the item(s).

Refund Issuance: Once approved, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
If you haven't received your refund after this period and we have confirmed the refund was processed on our end, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary by financial institution.
Refund Currency
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the original purchase price. Central Selections is not responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions, exchange rate fluctuations, or charges imposed by your financial institution.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Cosmetic damage to product packaging (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered a damaged item.
Reporting a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged:

Attach a clear photo of the damage to your email.

Our team will assess the issue and determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Product Safety & Concerns
We take product safety seriously. Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with the usage instructions, safety precautions, and any resources provided with the product or available on our website.
Failure to follow proper usage guidelines may result in product damage or personal injury. Central Selections cannot be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our sole discretion.
If you experience any discomfort while using a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will work with you to address any concerns or questions.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Central Selections is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other unforeseen issues that may arise during transit.
If you encounter a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most up-to-date information. Central Selections is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
