Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Your exact shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Central Selections is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, address corrections cannot be made.
